Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager (Temporary)
We are supporting a leading pharmaceutical company in the search for a Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager. This position plays a central part in shaping innovative, patient-centric healthcare solutions in Switzerland.
You’ll work across the entire health journey to identify key pain points, map opportunity spaces, and build meaningful, mutually beneficial partnerships. Your role will help accelerate ongoing strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage strategic partners across the healthcare landscape
- Lead and support multiple cross-functional projects
- Develop and evaluate business models and partnership structures
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and run workshops and partnership negotiations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy
- Strong strategic thinking and structured, proactive working style
- Creativity and curiosity -particularly in the digital or patient experience space
- Experience in healthcare/pharma
- Fluent in German (must) and English
