What you’ll do:

TNP Consultants is looking for bright and dynamic consultants committed to building relationships and delivering results. We are interested in people with good track records during their education and in their job experience.

You will assist clients in developing strategic plans and providing insights that align with their business goals and objectives. You will participate, manage and lead consulting projects, from execution to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

At a senior level, you will help identify new business opportunities, participate in proposal writing, and contribute to the growth of the consulting practice. You will also be a champion for area of expertise, by staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and presenting them to colleagues and clients.

What you’ll bring:

• Several years of experience in consulting and / or auditing in financial accounting for banks
• Solid experience in accounting and bookkeeping of basic banking products (e.g. securities, loans, swaps, deposits) and financial reporting
• Relevant knowledge of BFA3, BFA7, foreign currency translation
• Solid knowledge of the accounting and closing process
• Relevant knowledge of HGB and IFRS for banks
• Solid experience in documenting policies, processes and work instructions that meet the requirements of an external audit
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting (e.g. FinRep, CoRep)
• Good communication skills (employees, department/area managers)
• Self-organized, goal-oriented and independent
• Analytical strength
• Numerical skills
• Able to work under pressure
