Junior broker - bilingual

We\’re looking for a Junior Broker to join our team and grow within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

What you\’ll do:

1. Support senior managers in daily operations and client interactions
2. Source and match business opportunities across global markets
3. Manage and develop a portfolio of clients and prospects
4. Conduct market research and provide insights to support trading decisions
5. Prepare offers, contracts, and documentation in coordination with legal and operations teams

Your profile:

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) – additional languages are a plus
• Strong reactivity, appetite for fast-moving environments, and a genuine interest in the commodities sector, particularly in the Swiss market
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commercial mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
• Resilient, organized, and proactive
• A first experience in brokerage or commodity trading is strongly preferred
• A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is an asset
