Description In this position you are a key player for the Finance Team and report directly to the segment Finance VP You are responsible for various topics in financial controllig and planning You consolidate month-end closings and create detailed forecasts and budgets Ensure accuracy in all reported data from the various companies, from a timing and quality pespective Perform balance sheet reviews Working closely to support the integration and merger of newly acquired companies into the group Plan and execute mergers Coordinate various compliance activities (export control, anti-bribery and antitrust) Follow-up and support improvements based on inernal audit report Profile Bachelor or Master in Finance/Accounting or a comparable education Extensive experience in an international auditing firm or in a similar role at a large international company Very good knowledge of group closing processes and in-depth understanding of entity to consolidated reporting Good IFRS understanding Fluent in English HFM experience is an advantage Job Offer Flat hierarchies Modern working culture Flexible working model Renowned international company Contact at HaysAlexander Benjamin Alfred KolbReference number/1 jid851dde5a jit0625a jiy25a
