Head of Influencer Marketing and Partnerships
Location: Berlin (Hybrid)
An ambitious direct-to-consumer brand in the natural health and wellness space is seeking a Head of Influencer Marketing and Partnerships to lead and transform its influencer marketing strategy. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape how the brand tells its story, builds long-term partnerships, and drives commercial growth across key markets.
What you will do
- Develop and lead the influencer marketing strategy to deliver both brand value and measurable commercial outcomes
- Build a data-led culture of performance within the team, embedding KPIs, analytics, and continuous optimisation into all influencer and partnership activities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing clear vision, structure, and accountability while encouraging creativity and innovation
- Scale influencer and partnership programmes across channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms, as well as across international markets
- Drive activations that go beyond individual posts to build long-term advocacy through content, partnerships, events and other initiatives
- Manage budgets of over €400K per month and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to maximise impact and return on investment
- Ensure that influencer relationships and campaigns align with the brand’s mission, values, and voice
What we are looking for
- A minimum of five years of senior influencer marketing experience, ideally within direct-to-consumer or high-growth environments
- A clear personal or professional connection to the health and wellness space, and an authentic passion for the mission of helping people live well
- A data-driven mindset with a strong focus on KPIs, commercial impact, and continuous improvement
- Proven experience managing large budgets and balancing brand-building activities with performance outcomes
- A structured and inspiring leadership style with the ability to motivate teams and build a positive and accountable culture
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute effectively
- Fluency in English is required and fluency in German is highly preferred
- Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate
