About the Role:

A fast-growing player in the e-mobility and energy tech space is seeking a bold, goal-oriented Account Executive to spearhead and scale their smart charging monetization efforts across Europe. In this role, you’ll drive partnerships with key stakeholders such as charge point operators, automotive companies, utilities, and energy platforms, ensuring smooth commercial and technical collaboration.

Your work will help electric vehicle drivers unlock new value through intelligent charging while contributing to the broader transformation of the energy and mobility landscape. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Operations, and Technology, as well as with external partners across the continent.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Market Development

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities within the energy and EV sectors (renewables, utilities, oil & gas, etc.).
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies aligned with company goals.

Client & Partner Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify client pain points and propose value-driven solutions.
  • Communicate the economic value of partnering with my client, tailoring proposals to client-specific needs.

Revenue Generation

  • Drive revenue by acquiring new smart charging partners and increasing revenue from existing ones.
  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals, bids, and commercial contracts.

Project Execution

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and technical teams to deliver seamless implementations.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and oversee contract execution.
  • Ensure projects align with client expectations and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development or account management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management platforms.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented.
  • Knowledge of the EV charging industry or energy sector is a strong plus.
  • You reside near Berlin.
  • You can speak any Nordic language.
