Job description
To respond positively to the requests of our internal and external customers, you manage the Office IT system in Leipzig (troubleshoot, maintenance, and development) following the requirements of the Swatch Group and the office needs. You optimise the processes and support the unification of the IT landscape. You conceptualize, implement, and operate/maintain the venue networks. You participate in new solution projects by bringing network routing and security expertise.
For the best possible interaction within the IT-Team and with all internal stakeholders you will collaborate with, this position requires 100% office presence (exceptions for emergencies). You provide technical support and help to locally drive the team in Leipzig according to the guidelines of the Head of IT Infrastructure & Security. You ensure the local administrative organisation and help to identify the training needs of the team. You are responsible for ensuring the timely planning and realisation of the IT projects at both the highest qualitative and technological level. You plan and control the IT budget in compliance with the approval process within the group of companies.
