Your tasks
As an IT employee / computer scientist / IT specialist / business IT specialist / software developer (m/f/d), you are an important part of our team, manage the further development of our system landscape and help to ensure that our IT systems run smoothly and our work processes are designed efficiently.
You work closely with the office management and our team, are the contact person for digitalization issues and train employees in the use of hardware and software. You will be responsible for implementing new IT processes to optimize our workflows. You will also examine the possibility of using software, automation solutions and AI to continuously improve our workflows and implement corresponding projects within the firm.
In cooperation with external service providers, you will manage and supervise the installation and setup of new software both internally and for our clients. You are the link between our clients\‘ IT and our specialist staff, evaluate and integrate interface solutions to DATEV and test and introduce new programs and collaboration solutions for our law firm.
You are a computer scientist / IT specialist / business IT specialist / software developer (m/f/d) with professional experience in the field of system integration, curious and open to new things, have good MS365 knowledge (including Power Automate and possibly also Power BI) and ideally also DATEV knowledge, are AI-savvy and have experience in dealing with AI and automation solutions (e.g. the operation of AI solutions on your own servers, Power Automate and N8N) and enjoy working independently and implementing ideas.
