The Opportunity

We’re seeking a visionary Co-Founder with deep roots in private aviation to join us in shaping the future of private jet travel. This is a pre-incorporation, equity-based role with significant influence over business strategy, growth, and industry adoption.

Location: Hybrid (Geneva, Switzerland) with partial remote flexibility

What You’ll Do

• Develop & Execute Business Strategy – Drive the go-to-market plan, partnerships, and long-term vision.
• Leverage Your Network – Engage C-level executives, operators, and brokers to adopt BlinkShare as a trusted tool.
• Lead Sales & Marketing – Attract high-net-worth travelers and aviation stakeholders to the platform.
• Gather Industry Feedback – Work closely with operators to refine the platform based on real-world insights.
• Build Stakeholder Trust – Position BlinkShare as the go-to solution for smarter private jet sharing.
