Head of Finance

Job ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Manage the month-end financial closing process, including the production of management accounts.Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, cash flow statements, and profit & loss reports.Review monthly actuals, forecasts, and plans; analyze deviations and provide insights to senior management.Partner effectively with the Executive/Senior Leadership teams and department heads on financial matters.Ensure timely execution and distribution of scheduled reports; troubleshoot and resolve related issues.Present data effectively using reports, charts, and diagrams; summarize findings clearly and creatively.Assist in fundraising activities as needed.Your ProfileProven leadership skills, especially in fast-paced environments; startup experience is a plus.Extensive experience across all finance areas with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.Supportive leadership skills, including coaching, training, and development.Competence in financial planning and budgeting.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to represent the company professionally in various settings.Experience with funding rounds is highly advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
