Process Engineer

Focuslight develops and manufactures high-quality micro-optical components in Hauterive (Neuchâtel, Switzerland) and supplies customers worldwide.

We are now looking for a:

Process Engineer (in cleanrooms)

Your tasks

• Implement the startup of new/existing projects/production jobs, optimizing efficiency and quality
• Establish and ensure process control and maintains appropriate documentation
• Maintenance and control of metrology measurement tools
• Establish processes for new product lines; document product development and changes; evaluate new product performance
• Analysis and formatting of measures
• Creation and management of metrology reports
• Maintenance and control of metrology measurement tools
• Troubleshoot problems associated with processes, and assist in resolving quality issues

Your profile

• HES Bachelor Microtehnology or similar profile
• Excellent communications skills, self-motivated and flexible
• Meticulous and methodical
• Ability to work as an effective team player who is proactive and takes initiative (problem solving)
• Microsoft Office skills (Word / Excel / Outlook)
• Good knowledge in the market of optical material and coating layers a strong plus
