Job Description:
A well-known Japanese transport company based in Frankfurt is looking for an EU Regional Sales Representative to join their Sales and Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for sales and development within the EU region, focusing on e-commerce, forwarding, and logistics.
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30
Main Responsibilities
- Manage assigned accounts within Europe
- Develop new business within Europe
- Manage special project developments
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information
- Secure new business
- Achieve the HQ’s revenue and profitability quotas
- Prospect customers
- Train sales associates
Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales or business development in the technology or e-commerce industry
- Experience in the Supply Chain industry
- Prior direct sales experience
- Experience in sales planning
- Excellent negotiation skills, managing profitability
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, with excellent presentation skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Ability to exceed quotas and KPIs consistently
- Experience living overseas
- Understanding of Japanese culture; speaking Japanese is a plus
