PSP Architekten is an established architecture firm based in Memmingen, with projects in the region and beyond. Our team of dedicated architects plans and oversees diverse construction projects at the highest level. We are currently seeking you as experienced support in Object Supervision (Performance Phase 8) .

Responsibilities

• You will take responsibility for the implementation of exciting construction projects—from detailed planning to project completion.
• You will manage on-site supervision with a focus on quality, costs, and deadlines.
• You will coordinate specialists, project stakeholders, and contractors.
• You will ensure compliance with construction regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
• You will actively contribute your expertise to the team and support the development of junior colleagues.

Profile

• A completed degree in architecture.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on Performance Phase 8.
• Solid knowledge of VOB/B, CAD (e.g., Allplan), AVA software, and MS Office.
• Assertiveness, organizational talent, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
• You identify with your projects and maintain an overview even in dynamic phases.
