OUR CLIENT

CJ Europe GmbH is the European sales organization of CJ CheilJedang, a global leader in fermentation-based ingredients for the food and feed industries. Headquartered in Frankfurt, the company specializes in innovative, savory taste solutions used by food manufacturers across Europe. With a strong international team and a dynamic, cross-cultural environment, CJ Europe is expanding its footprint in the European market and is seeking a technically skilled and commercially driven professional to join the team.

• You take ownership of market development for savory ingredients solutions, with a strong focus on the French food industry
• You drive customer engagement and product adoption, especially for TasteNrich and related flavor technologies
• You initiate and manage both R&D and commercial projects to bring innovative concepts to life
• You act as the key technical-commercial interface between clients, internal experts and HQ in South Korea

YOUR QUALIFICATION

• You bring strong experience in the savory food ingredient industry – whether in sales, technical sales, or application/R&D roles
• You have proven expertise in yeast extracts, umami enhancers or similar flavor systems
• You communicate fluently in both French and English and thrive in an international, cross-functional work environment
• You are based in Germany, enjoy working independently from a home office and are open to frequent travel
