🚀 Product Manager – SaaS Startup (Germany, Hybrid)

We’re a growing SaaS startup based in Germany, building tools that solve real problems for real people — from small teams to large organizations. Our product is growing fast, and so is our team.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s excited to shape the future of our platform. Someone who loves solving user problems, shipping great features, and helping a startup scale.

What you’ll be working on

• Own the product roadmap for one of our core areas — you’ll take ideas from concept to launch
• Work closely with design, engineering, and customer teams to build features that add real value
• Turn user feedback and data into clear priorities and smart decisions
• Help improve how we work as a product team — from discovery to delivery
• Keep everyone aligned and focused on what matters most

What we’re looking for

• 2–4+ years of product management experience — ideally in SaaS or B2B tech
• You’re comfortable with the technical side of things and can have good conversations with engineers
• You think in systems, not just features, and you know how to balance short-term wins with long-term vision
• You care deeply about the user experience and like talking to customers

Nice to have (but not required)

• Experience working in an early-stage startup or scale-up
• Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG), analytics tools, or internal platforms
• Based in Germany or willing to relocate (we offer hybrid flexibility)
