Sales and Account Management Executive

Aspen Tech is currently seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager with a proven track record of sales success in the Engineering/ Process Industry. The individual we seek is a sales professional who is a highly motivated, a self-starter with excellent business acumen and gravitas. A thorough understanding of executing a sales campaign from business development to closure and experience of managing strategic customers is required. Achieve quarterly and annual sales quota with exceptional forecast predictability. Achieve assigned objectives of sales pipeline development and sales progression/velocity. Create and deliver a strategic account management plan to drive big deals and additional revenue for the company. Manage day to day sales process, coordinate account meetings, and coordinate sales support resources. Provide sales and executive management with account updates, sales forecasts, and operational usage of SalesForce.com. Work as a team leader and member collaboratively on sales engagements involving global account opportunities. Demonstrated track record in successful direct sales of software solutions, with documented over achievement of sales quotas over multiple years. Experience leading multi-million-dollar sales campaigns.
