As part of our Technology & Operations unit, you will join the Private Assets team, which is responsible for managing transactions linked to these products (such as capital calls, various distributions, etc.) for our Clients.
YOUR ROLE
Ensure all accounting for our clients from our Corporate Action Application for events linked to the processing of Private Assets (Capital Calls, various distributions, Cost of Carry, internal applications, etc).
Update the Negative Reserves linked to these transactions.
Request the creation of new Main and Commit values via our dedicated Application.
For internal funds, group together orders awaiting Closing and create Negative Reserves.
For external funds, analyze the accounting method on the basis of the documents received and apply it to the customers concerned.
Valuing investments after each event recorded, but also using the funds‘ quarterly statements.
Announce and invoice specific fund orders on a daily basis.
Regularly analyze and publish reporting for clients holding Private Assets.
YOUR PROFILE
University degree (Finance would be an asset).
Minimum 5 years‘ banking experience in the fund industry (private equity an asset).
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
Good interpersonal skills (listening, communication, particularly written), precision, rigor, attention to detail and service orientation
Strong analytical skills, excellent management of priorities, team spirit, sense of responsibility and quality
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
