Your impact and responsibilities

As a Healthcare Business Intelligence Consultant, you will translate data to better healthcare by:

• Actively shaping the German DRG system;
• Advising hospitals in doing proper costing (InEK-Costing);
• Advising hospitals in doing proper benchmarking;
• Advising hospitals in dealing with the gathered insights;
• Advising the executive/management board in deriving correct measures;
• Preparing reliable information for the medical steering team.

Your team

You will be part of the Financial Analytics Germany team. We are a team of 20+ colleagues focused on translating data to better healthcare in the German market. You will become part of a team of 8 talented Business Intelligence consultants and help our hospital clients with SaaS solutions in Costing, Budgeting, and Forecasting of financial healthcare data. We help healthcare providers to make healthcare more affordable. We offer software that provides insights into inefficiencies in the financial, medical, and administrative operations of hospitals. With these insights, our customers can streamline their processes and free up budgets that can be used to offer more care.

Your profile

• A degree in Health Economics / Economics;
• Ideally 3-7 years experience;
• Experience in hospital management & hospital Financing system;
• Familiarity with the German Healthcare System and how the reimbursement system in Germany works;
• Experience working with (financial) data;
• Desirable knowledge in patient costing /direct costing /investment costing, Budgeting system, etc.;
• Excellent Analytical and communicative skills;
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel;
• Experience in SQL is nice to have but not mandatory;
• Highly proficient in German and English.
