Position Overview:
The Store Manager oversees the entire operation and drives the success of their Canada Goose store. You embody Canadian Warmth , demonstrating expertise in every recommendation and conveying warmth in each interaction, setting the tone for your team. With an entrepreneurial spirit, you manage your store as a business owner, leading your team and ensuring that efforts align with strategic initiatives. What You’ll Do:
- Achieve or exceed performance objectives and sales targets, including both top-and bottom-line results, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously analyze KPIs and leverage insights to create and implement action plans that drive performance.
- Leverage strategic partnerships to ensure the store has adequate resources to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Deliver and model a superior customer service journey reflective of Canadian Warmth.
- Create and develop lasting client relationships through consistent engagement.
- Lead a culture of clienteling, ensuring Brand Ambassadors cultivate consistent engagement with top guests.
- Represent Canada Goose in the market by developing a client base through community involvement.
- Ensure the execution and maintenance of exceptional visual merchandising.
- Resolve guest issues through a customer-centric lens.
- Create a culture of talent development by prioritizing ongoing education and training for the entire store team.
- Foster an inclusive and diverse working environment.
- Lead, implement, and follow up on all corporate initiatives and strategies.
- Actively mentor and develop Assistant Managers.
- Continuously coach selling behaviors that drive team performance.
- Inspire and maintain an outstanding employee experience.
- Maintain an open-door environment that encourages feedback.
- Create schedules that prioritize the guest journey and improve productivity.
- Coach to all Canada Goose operational standards with excellence.
- Educate management on all store-controlled spending.
- Lead, coach, and ensure consistent use of strategic tools and resources.
- Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure the physical store space is maintained at a high level.
- Analyze and proactively react to inventory planning.
- Lead Health & Safety meetings in line with guidelines and policies.
- Ensure overall accuracy and efficiency in inventory and cash management.
- Follow all loss prevention procedures.
- Ensure all incoming and outbound merchandise requests and shipments are processed in a timely manner.

- 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a related industry.
- Previous experience working with luxury lifestyle brands.
- Experience maintaining operational excellence in retail stores.
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring retail leaders.
- Demonstrated experience owning store profit and loss (P&L).
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of retail math and metrics.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
