Senior Planning Product Manager (w / m / d)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Product Manager for Commercial E2E Planning. This role focuses on transforming planning processes, including master data, ERP systems, assortment planning, forecasting, allocation, and order writing. You will optimize the end-to-end planning lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Operations to align with C&A\’s strategic objectives.

Your Responsibilities

1. Develop E2E Planning Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive product strategy that integrates master data management, ERP systems, assortment planning, forecasting, allocation, and order writing.
2. Process Optimization: Analyze current planning processes and supporting applications, identify areas for improvement, and plan for future needs to enhance efficiency and leverage new technologies.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across departments, act as the primary liaison, and communicate strategic updates to senior management using quantitative and qualitative insights.
4. Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize features and enhancements that contribute to business goals.
5. User-Centric Design: Use design thinking methods to understand user needs, drive adoption, and improve user satisfaction.
6. Enterprise Systems Integration: Collaborate with technology teams to integrate solutions within C&A\’s ecosystem, including phasing out legacy systems for advanced, integrated solutions.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; Master\’s preferred.
• 5+ years in product management or similar roles, focusing on planning and ERP systems.
• At least 3 years in the apparel or retail industry.
• Experience with enterprise planning solutions like Blue Yonder, O9, SAP, Anaplan.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Proven ability to transform planning processes in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication skills for supporting product strategy.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and autonomous work style.
