Responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring projects independently—remotely and on-site at customer locations.
• Develop and deploy monitoring strategies and solutions.
• Support presales processes through presentations and customer workshops.
• Administer and enhance our monitoring stack.
• Program various checks and plugins for our monitoring systems.
• Administer, standardize, and virtualize monitoring processes and services.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or comparable qualification.
• Experience with cloud logging and full-stack monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Splunk, PRTG, Elasticsearch, and Grafana.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
• Basic understanding of data center infrastructure.
• Nice-to-have: Understanding of multi-tier web platform architecture and functionality.
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of business continuity principles.
• Nice-to-have: Hands-on experience with implementing and optimizing monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps and agile methodologies.
• Self-reliance, teamwork skills, flexibility.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written; good English skills.
