As a Warehouse Manager:
- Lead and supervise teams (forklift operators, order pickers, team leaders, etc.)
- Establish schedules according to the level of activity of the site and daily hazards, assign work
- Supervise operations, accompany, train, develop versatility and skills
- Handle most situations independently and is guided by policies, procedures, and the business plan, but will seek advice and guidance on more complex issues
- Apply subject matter expert knowledge to solve common operation issues
- Continuously search to improve the existing operational processes and systems used
- Ensure daily updates in the Warehouse Management system of production results
- Address system faults and stock deviations
- Regularly cycle count to ensure the accuracy of quantity for all the materials and finished goods
- Regularly collect feedback such as customer satisfaction
- Rework (Planning, Organizing, Executing – Operational and Administrative)
- Incoming Goods Inspection (Spot-checking incoming goods for completeness, condition, and functionality)
- Stock Management and Monitoring of Product Storage and Conditions (Battery status and recharging if necessary to prevent waste)
- Warehouse System (Storage methods such as palletized floor storage, high-bay racking, etc., and stock issuance using methods like FIFO)
- Based on the miscellaneous outbound requisition from Service Logistics, dispatch exchange units and generate miscellaneous outbound.
- Based on the miscellaneous inbound requisition from Service Logistics, arrange faulty units\‘ collection and generate miscellaneous inbound.
Your background and skills:
- 3-5 years knowledge of warehouse operations
- Preferred degrees in Supply Chain management
- Experience in a functional area routinely applying knowledge of theories, methods, techniques, and processes
- Experience working in an international matrix organization with excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Prior work experience in a PV related industry is not a necessity but will be an advantage
- Knowhow of WMS and ERP, strong knowledge in Excel
