Plus a friendly and open working atmosphere is characterised by respectful interaction with each other. 26 – 30 Days’ Vacation Your Responsibilities: General tasks in the field of R&D: Development, validation and verification of new immunoassays for manual use as well as for automated application on the companies or other fully automatic machines and preparation of technical documentation Optimisation, validation and verification of existing immunoassays for manual application as well as for automated application on the companies or other fully automatic machines and creation of technical documentation IVDR-compliant creation or updating of the technical documentation of new developed or existing manual or automated immunoassays of the companiesr submission to the notified body. Training in the context of product transfers. Supervision of pupils in the context of internships or students in the context of bachelor\’s and master\’s theses . Laboratory Organization Ordering of reagents, consumables and clinical examination materials Management of samples Cleaning, maintenance and functional testing of laboratory equipment according to maintenance schedules Maintain a clean and tidy laboratory environment while respecting applicable safety guidelines Specific tasks in the area of R&D: IVDR: Preparation and review of technical documentation before submission to notified body Project management for special and time-limited research projects General cross-departmental tasks: Scientific and technical support of the production and QC departments in case of technical problems. Specific cross-departmental tasks: Supporting production and QC in case of technical problems Provision of technical information for customer inquiries Representation of the company in the R&D area at external company activities (trade fairs, congresses, etc.) Your Qualifications: Completed university studies in biology, chemistry, medicine or related fields (Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree). Very good written and spoken English and German. Practical laboratory experience in a diagnostic environment is desirable. Structured, self-reliant way of working.
