The Human Resource Manager is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the organization’s operations. This role involves overseeing talent management, organizational development, compliance, employee relations, and HR policies across locations throughout Germany. The Human Resource Manager ensures that HR initiatives align with business objectives while fostering a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Cultural Considerations: Sensitive to the cultural context and facilitate cultural integration within the different German regions. Communication: Transparent communication and utilisation of multiple channels up and down (management/unions/employees/lawyers), including difficult conversations. Post-restructuring skills: Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner with senior management and other stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals. Operational HR Expertise: HR Processes and Systems: D365HR or user experience with other systems, such as SAP. Employee Relations: handling issues, grievances, and maintaining a positive work environment, fostering a collaborative work environment. Ensure understanding of German labour laws, regulations, and best practices in HR. HR Ops: Some experience with HR transactional tasks such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding. Leadership Style: Service Leadership principles and ability to lead HR initiatives and teams. Data-Driven Decision Making : Using HR analytics once D365HR is fully integrated to inform decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives. Problem-Solving Skills: Assess ability to identify and address HR-related challenges proactively. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field ~5+ years of HR leadership experience ~ Strong knowledge of global labor laws and compliance requirements. ~ Experience in talent management, compensation planning, and organizational development. ~ When failure in use is not an option, we help customers make certain that their products, materials, processes and services are safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
