As part of a replacement, we are recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our Swiss team. Reporting to the HR Director DACH (based in Munich) and collaborating with the Europe HRD, you will be responsible for leading the full HR scope for Switzerland with a high level of autonomy and strategic contribution.

Your main responsibilities:

Employee Relations & HR Advisory

• Act as the main HR contact for managers and employees

• Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and Group HR policies

• Support labor relations, conflict resolution, and HR best practices

Talent Management & Development

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes

• Support employee training and development initiatives

Compensation, Payroll & Admin

• Oversee payroll with the external provider

• Manage contracts, variable pay, and HR documentation

• Maintain accurate HRIS data and reporting

HR Projects & Coordination

• Implement Group HR initiatives locally (e.g. B Corp, barometers)

• Collaborate on cross-country projects and act as backup when needed

What you bring to the table:

You hold a Master’s degree in HR, Business or similar, with 5+ years of generalist HR experience, ideally in retail or luxury.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Comfortable with HRIS and Excel

• Organized, autonomous, and adaptable

• Strong communicator and team player in an international setting

• Fluent in French and German

• English is a plus for coordination with HQ

A word from the manager:

We’re looking for a hands-on, pragmatic, and autonomous HR professional to bring our HR policies to life locally. As the local HR lead, your core mission will be to manage HR administration and payroll . You’ll ensure legal compliance, oversee internal processes, and serve as the go-to person for employees on all day-to-day HR matters.

But your role doesn’t stop there. About 50% of your time will be dedicated to HR development topics —such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, and cross-border projects—within a broader effort to build and harmonize HR practices across countries.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the ground , but who also wants to play a key part in the evolution of HR practices in a dynamic, international environment.
