Clinical Supply Management is responsible for producing, packaging, labeling, and shipping new medications used in clinical trials to the \“end user\“ clinics.

This process involves careful planning and organization. The supply of study medication must be included in the study protocol, with specific production, packaging, and labeling commissioned accordingly. Quality assurance approval must be obtained, and shipments organized to various countries. These tasks involve various challenges that need to be coordinated and executed by specialized project managers for clinical studies.

Would you like to gain insight into these challenges and support our team for half a year? You will assist in our projects and take at least partial responsibility for a clinical study. Rest assured, our managers and mentors will be there to support you every step of the way.

Main tasks:

• Supporting and assisting Clinical Supplies Project Managers (CSPM) in providing clinical trial samples.
• Assisting with planning, organizing, and coordinating trial samples for clinical studies.

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed the second state examination in pharmacy, applied pharmacy studies, or another scientific discipline.
• Structured, precise, and independent working style.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong team and communication skills.
