What to expect from you

• As part of our project team, you will work on rebuilding processes for invoice processing based on OpenText Vendor Invoice Management and the S/4 HANA ERP suite, taking on the role of IT Consultant. You will develop solution designs and implement them in VIM/MM customization.
• You will collaborate with our business areas and the product owner to develop process ideas, gather requirements, and ensure a shared understanding. You will learn and develop specific processes such as catalog creation.
• You will be the primary contact for our business areas, ensuring a common understanding of issues among stakeholders and working with the project team to develop sustainable solutions in iterative agile processes, both during the project and in ongoing operations.
• You will define cross-system processes and coordinate interface implementations with other IT areas and their product owners.
• You will enjoy working on projects and may also take on sub-project management roles, including coordinating service providers.
• You will ensure that implemented solutions are sustainable and robust, shaping the transition of new solutions into operations, ensuring stable and efficient operations.

What you should bring

• A successfully completed degree in (business) computer science, economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Practical experience and interest in participating in projects, enthusiasm for new technologies and innovations, and enjoyment of agile methods and their practical application.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and abstract thinking skills. Ability to think cross-functionally and networked.
• High independence and solution-oriented approach to tasks and projects. Willingness to dive into SAP customizing.
• Enthusiasm for SAP topics, knowledge of best practice processes in procurement (P2P), and proven experience with SAP MM in projects.
• Excellent German and good English skills.

Nice-to-have skills

• Knowledge of ABAP & ALE technologies.
• Experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management.
• Experience with other SAP ERP components (SD, FI, PO, SolMan).
• Experience with SAP Retail or S/4HANA.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of workflows.
