For our Headquarters in Kilchberg we are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Manager / Senior Manager Financial Reporting, reporting to the Head of Accounting & Tax.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :

• Financial ReportingIFRS responsibility for the Lindt & Sprüngli GroupCompiling finance section of semi‐annual and annual report in accordance with IFRSLeading the preparational tasks for the IFRS 18 implementationCollaboration with Group Auditor during interim and year-end auditProviding Group-wide accounting support & guidance, including regular update of the Finance Manual and training for finance teams of subsidiariesFollowing up on the latest developments of IFRS, including impact assessment and implementation
• Lindt Internal Control System (LICS) : Overall responsibility and main point of contact for subsidiaries, including regular reviews and compliance checks as well as building a LICS community
• Maintenance and support of Leasing reporting tool (Tagetik)
• Establish strong business partnering at Group and local level
• Regular accounting review of selected subsidiaries / countries

YOUR PROFILE :

• University degree in finance or business economics
• Degree as a certified public accountant
• At least 5 years of work experience in the areas of external audit and / or finance & reporting are required
• Good knowledge in MS Office and ERP systems, knowledge in CCH Tagetik is an asset
• Self-driven, highly committed and results-oriented
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and conceptual capabilities and good commercial understanding
• Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English
