Your Tasks:

1. Manage product infrastructure and deployment within the Platform & Technology area.
2. Define and implement the product roadmap and strategy.
3. Communicate with customers, service, and development partners.
4. Analyze, prioritize, and implement market and internal requirements and trends.
5. Collaborate closely with end-users, service, and development teams to conceive and validate development requirements.
6. Guide the development team and related areas, and handle documentation and training.
7. Drive the evolution of your product based on innovation opportunities and market needs.
8. Manage communication about your product with customers, services, and management.
9. Contribute to an inspiring team environment with open communication.
10. Motivate, guide, and support peers across the organization.

Qualifications:

1. University degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
2. 3-5 years of experience in software industry in Product Management or R&D.
3. Self-motivated with a focus on optimizing results for customers.
4. Knowledge of high availability solutions, container virtualization/orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, cri-o), WildFly and Quarkus (Java, Jakarta EE), Linux (Red Hat), and network architecture.
5. Strong analytical skills to manage conflicting inputs in agile projects (scrum).
6. Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is a plus.
7. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
8. Self-management and proactive attitude.
