Golang Developer

ProPursuit is currently looking for a Senior Golang Developer for an AI Data System client based in Berlin.

You will collaborate with product teams to design solutions for challenging problems, while mentoring and supporting team members.

This role is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.

Your role:

• Assist in feature development and participate in planning new features.
• Work within a small, cross-functional team.
• Write and review code.
• Advise team members on coding and architectural decisions.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Contribute to scaling the backend team through interviews and code pairing.
• Mentor junior and interested senior developers.
• Experience with designing and developing monolithic architectures is a plus.

Your profile:

• At least 5 years in Software Development, with 2+ years in Golang.
• Deep knowledge of Testing, API design, PostgreSQL.
• Experience building scalable, reliable applications.
• Ability to collaborate with non-developers and consider overall business impact.
• Enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting others\‘ growth.
• Willing to learn across the full tech stack.
• Team-oriented attitude, humility, empathy, and commitment to diversity and open communication.
