Inventory / Warehouse Manager

Cyberteam is partnering with a leading global provider in satellite communications , delivering secure and high-quality connectivity solutions to maritime, defence, and enterprise clients around the world.

We are now looking for a structured and proactive Inventory / Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) to join their team near Hamburg and take ownership of operational logistics, customs handling, inventory management, and warehouse processes.

Your Role:

As Inventory / Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, managing warehouse operations, and maintaining stock accuracy. You’ll also play a hands-on role in daily activities and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all international shipping operations
• Manage and prepare customs documentation and handle full customs processing
• Lead warehouse operations : storage, picking, packaging, dispatch
• Ensure accurate inventory control using ERP systems (MS Dynamics NAV preferred)
• Maintain an organised, compliant warehouse in line with 5S principles

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in customs, hazardous goods, warehousing, and transport
• Strong ERP experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015
• Fluent German and English
