You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, from development to compliance, ensuring every product meets exacting standards from concept to launch. Whether it’s planning verification strategies, designing test scenarios, or running hands-on quality checks, you’ll be directly shaping how professional users experience world-class wireless audio systems in real-world environments like live events, broadcasting, and corporate communications.
In this role, your expertise will span across electronics, mechanics, acoustics, and high-frequency systems; making you a technical generalist and problem-solver. You'll evaluate usability and robustness through the lens of the end user, ensuring the finished product is not only technically sound but intuitive, durable, and ready for anything.
Your Responsibilities:
•Translate customer requirements from various sectors including broadcast, business events, live performance into specific, product quality standards
•Create and execute verification plans in coordination with Product Owners and R&D Teams
•Support quality assurance across the entire product lifecycle – from concept to launch
•Perform hands-on quality testing and measurements on prototypes and pre-production samples
•Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to meet international and in-house standards
Your background:
•Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Communications, Mechatronics etc.)
•Several years of experience in hardware quality control, specifically in electronic hardware
•Expert knowledge of both, mechanical and electronic systems, with experience in LF and HF measurement techniques
•Fluency in both, German and English languages
