Your Tasks – What You can expect as Senior Digital Production IoT Expert (f/m/d)?

You will identify, evaluate and implement Industry 4.0 technologies into manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce downtime and improve quality, while meeting company goals and standards.

You will analyze key performance indicators and use data to optimize processes, increase productivity and drive continuous improvement.

You will work closely with the network, data center and security team, particularly on OT deployment, to ensure seamless operations across all areas of the business.

You will identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during the introduction and implementation of digital production technologies.

You analyze the (business) process performance using process mining tools such as Celonis and/or BI tools.

You support the business in defining IT requirements and manage the demand management process.

You ensure the digital production projects adhere to relevant industry standards and security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.

Your Profile – What do You bring as Senior Digital Production IoT Expert (f/m/d)?

You have a relevant Master\’s degree (e.g. Computer Science / IT / Production Systems) combined with at least 5 years of professional experience in Computer Science or IT.

You have gained extensive experience in the manufacturing industry and have a track record of implementing digital solutions or Industry 4.0 initiatives (e.g. IoT, automation, cloud computing, sensor technologies, edge computing, etc.).

You have in-depth experience in the design and implementation of IoT solutions for digital production environments

You have an understanding of manufacturing processes and operating procedures in production.

You react flexibly to new market trends and bring a high motivation for continuous learning and open-mindedness towards new technologies.

You are a team player with extensive experience in working with stakeholders around the world.
