Vendor Manager F/H

Responsibility: Category Management: Lead purchasing and sales activities for the Sports category. Performance Ownership: Drive gross profit margin (GPM) and gross merchandise value (GMV) for assigned categories. Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing structures and promotional campaigns. Procurement Negotiations: Identify and engage with potential partners, manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and cost efficiencies, validate fees, and ensure accurate data maintenance. Product Selection: Curate and select category-specific products that align with consumer demand and usage scenarios. Resource Coordination: Collaborate with international supply chain teams to secure necessary resources and support. Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze sales and procurement data to identify trends, propose improvements, and enhance gross profit margins. Requirements Experience: At least 5 years of e-commerce experience in Sports category. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Sports category with strong market insights and proven purchasing expertise. Network: Established relationships within the Sports network in Europe. Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, data sensitivity, and logical thinking. Effective communicator with a passion for continuous learning. Mindset: Highly driven, innovative, team-oriented, and committed to aligning personal contributions with organizational goals.
