Assistant to PA (Permanent)

THE ROLE: We are seeking a first-class Personal Assistant to support one of our high-profile clients, a recording artist based in Berlin. This position is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the client’s personal affairs and household, with the immediate priority being assistance in relocating the client to a new residence. Strong candidates will have prior experience providing 24/7 support to an executive or high-profile individual. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility as there could be additional hours may be required depending on the client’s needs. Heavy calendar management, scheduling and coordinating personal, social and professional appointments Provide support for the client across all of their business Oversee the day-to-day operations of the household, inclusive of staff, vendors, housekeepers, chefs, etc., Managing travel- creating itineraries, commercial/private flights, ground transportation, hotels, etc. Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with external contractors as needed Must be fluent in English and German ~ Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills ~ Familiarity with property management and project coordination ~
