Investment Banking Analyst*

Linear Partners are working with a leading Investment Bank in their search for an Analyst to join their M&A team in Frankfurt. Responsibilities: Play a key role in the execution of M&A transactions. Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence to support transaction processes. Conduct preparation and review of materials including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of deals. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor\’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking/M&A, private equity, or corporate M&A. Languages: Fluent German & English. Strong financial acumen: Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
