Job Overview

The EMEA MDM Technology Lead will be responsible for MDM Offering Definition and supervision of all initiatives related to MDM technologies delivered for our EMEA clients. The candidate will support as Subject Matter Expert both sales teams for business development activities and project teams for delivery.

Essential Functions

• Defines offering related to MDM technologies
• Contributes to responses to RFPs and other business development activities, shaping overall solutions and estimating effort, cost, and timeline
• Assists in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Supports project managers with changes to scope, schedule, and costs
• Aligns regularly with IQVIA MDM Product team to understand new elements and influence product roadmap
• Supervises all EMEA MDM initiatives, monitoring progress and identifying risks with mitigation actions
• Supports delivery as SME, engaging directly with clients
• Recommends process improvements and contributes to internal actions for enhancement

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s Degree in Information Technology or related technical discipline
• > 8 years of experience in consulting or as product owner/project manager for MDM initiatives, preferably in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences
• Solid project management and relationship-building skills
• Subject matter expertise in managing MDM projects
• Deep understanding of MDM architectures
• Good knowledge of MDM tools (e.g., Reltio, Informatica, TIBCO, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
