Job Description: Sales Executive in Germany (Dusseldorf/Cologne)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 38.5 hrs/week
- Core time: 9:30 AM to 3:45 PM (Fridays: 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM)

Location: Dusseldorf (Hybrid working style)
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage sales to customers or customer portfolios with a proven track record of growth
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers at all levels
- Proactively develop new business in the assigned areas
- Identify business opportunities and initiate contact with new customers and suppliers
- Provide technical product information and promote products to potential customers
- Report effectively to management both verbally and in writing
- Coordinate with the internal administration department to complete necessary procedures for sales activities
- Maintain business level of fluency in English
- Handle import and export processes
- Travel both domestically and internationally to visit clients
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Capture customer and supplier value
- Resolve sensitive and complex problems
- Maintain and develop significant creative and constructive partnerships internally and externally
- Commit to self-development and the development of others
- Anticipate and adapt to continuously changing market conditions
- Work effectively as a member of an international team
- Demonstrate commitment and determination to succeed with a “can-do” attitude
- Understanding of Japanese culture and language is advantageous
