Group Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Group Operations Director to oversee and coordinate the multifaceted daily operations of Bauer Media Audio Ireland .

In this fast-paced role, the successful candidate will work across all brands, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the group.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team and working closely with the CEO, you will build effective relationships to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

This role involves working with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and offers an exciting opportunity for a committed media professional to join a dynamic company during a period of expansion and investment.

What you will do:

• Be at the center of Bauer Media Audio Ireland, developing and nurturing cross-functional relationships to deliver business efficiencies and enhance innovation capabilities.
• Lead a team of experienced managers and professionals providing shared services across multiple brands, including audio production, events, and consumer competitions.
• Manage regulatory and compliance matters with statutory bodies in the broadcast and communications sector, and proactively explore funding opportunities.
• Investigate and implement internal systems and processes to improve performance, increase productivity, and drive value creation.
• Integrate recent acquisitions and shape the future of an expanding, multi-location business.
• Represent BMAI on industry committees and bodies as required.
• Prepare accurate management reports and presentations in a timely manner.

Prerequisites before applying:

• Proven experience in media operations in a senior role.
• Deep understanding of the Irish audio and media landscape, including legislative and regulatory aspects.
• Experience with audience measurement and analysis is advantageous.
