Job Description

Reporting directly to the North of Europe Zone Director, and collaborating with commercial, accounting, administrative, and HR teams, you will develop and implement the company\’s commercial strategy in Germany and Switzerland.

Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal and mandatory regulations across all points of sale. You will work closely with Store Managers to organize, manage, and coordinate teams, as well as oversee administrative and commercial activities.

Sales and Profitability: Implement commercial strategies to maximize store profitability. Define sales strategies and action plans, analyze KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.

Customer Experience: Collaborate with teams and Store Managers to deliver personalized service aligned with group standards and local market needs. Train and support staff to understand customer needs and provide excellent client experiences.

People Management: Recruit, onboard, and develop Store Managers. Ensure motivation, training, coaching, and HR support through effective team management.

Operations Control: Act as the link between stores and HQ to manage stock, transfers, commercial actions, and visual merchandising. Oversee store openings and closings to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in the fashion industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions while aligning with company policies and customer needs.
• Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is a plus, especially for the French-speaking Swiss market.

Location: The role is based in Germany or Switzerland.
