IT Business Analyst – Workday Integration (M/F/D)

About the role:

As the IT Business Analyst, you will support the business as the first line of contact. You will create, optimize, and enhance our integrations as well as fix upcoming issues. You will collaborate with our stakeholders to find sustainable solutions to connect our IT systems within the HCM area. This also includes root cause analysis, and finding solutions together with your professional IT colleagues.

What you will do:

• Create new Workday integrations using REST, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI
• Provide support to existing HCM integrations, resolve integration issues requiring in-depth expertise in Workday.
• Ensure local HR systems and processes are documented and aligned with HR strategies and policies.
• Monitor integrations and take corrective actions.
• Support Workday update cycles by researching upcoming features and functionality, understanding impacts on current processes, and leading and documenting test efforts.
• Participate in HCM governance forums.

Who you are:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying integrations, preferably with Workday solutions.
• Knowledge of HCM fundamentals and integration security.
• Good understanding of cloud computing, web services, and associated integration challenges.
• Nice-to-have: experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration or SAP PI/PO.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English. All applicants are requested to submit their CV in English.
