Germany has become our #1 market . To continue growing fast, we’re looking for an ambitious Marketing Lead to take our brand, growth, and local presence to the next level.

Your Mission

As Marketing Lead Germany , you will own and drive our full marketing strategy and execution across brand, owned channels and local activations. You will act as a mini-CEO for all marketing topics in our most strategic market.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing a full-funnel marketing strategy tailored to the German market
• Managing and scaling campaigns across key channels (SEA, Paid Social, Email, Influencer, PR, OOH, etc.)
• Defining and refining Upway’s positioning in Germany and making us the go-to destination for refurbished e-bikes
• Managing and optimizing growth KPIs such as CAC, CPS, ROI
• Collaborating closely with our global performance and product teams, as well as with local ops and logistics
• Building and leading a small local marketing team
• Continuously testing new formats, partnerships, and creative ideas

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership, an analytical mindset, and a passion for building brands that people love.

Specifically, we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth or brand, ideally in a DTC, e-commerce, or startup environment
• A strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a strong understanding of performance marketing
• Experience leading teams or complex projects
• Fluency in both German (native) and English
• Creativity, resilience, and a test-and-learn mindset
• Genuine interest in sustainability, mobility, or circular economy
