How can you make an impact?
As Country Manager-China at H6 Business Division Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for:

• Business development & strategy: ensuring financial performance of the relevant Operating Entities; supporting translation of Group strategy into local strategies; facilitating implementation of Allianz initiatives; ensuring holistic operational and financial oversight; setting priorities and driving strategic discussions; leading strategic projects; supporting M&A, bancassurance, and partnerships.

Top management engagement with stakeholders:
Supporting engagement with regulators, authorities, and partners in China, including interactions with Allianz SE leadership.

• Representing the Group as shareholder and managing related matters.

What are you made of?
Candidates should have:

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• At least 10 years in the insurance industry with a good understanding of financials and the Chinese market
• Operational business experience and strong business acumen
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
• Proactive, independent work style and ability to deliver under pressure
