Make a difference | Your mission

  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead and develop our safety organization (including ASA, Safety Flash) and establish our safety culture.
  • Consulting & Implementation: Serve as the primary contact for all occupational safety topics and create safety and operational instructions.
  • Accident Management: Investigate and analyze accidents and report them to the corporate level. Create Safety Flash reports as needed.
  • Safety Measures: Identify trends, implement preventive measures, and plan inspections, audits, and training sessions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our HSE Europe team and quality management.

People for people | Your Carefluencer profile

  • Qualifications: Certified occupational safety specialist (according to ASiG/DGUV Vorschrift 2) and trained hazardous materials officer.
  • Professional Background: Ideally, you are a technician (meister) or engineer with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Skills: High safety awareness, strong communication skills, responsibility, teamwork, and independence.
  • Travel: Willing to travel approximately 3 days per week.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English.
