Key Responsibilities:

1. Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with investment goals.
2. Lead product planning and execution throughout the lifecycle—from discovery and ideation to release and performance tracking.
3. Customer Development & Research
4. Conduct structured interviews, surveys, and usage analyses to understand user needs and segment client types.
5. Develop customer personas and use research insights to shape product direction and client interactions.
6. Lead hypothesis testing via MVPs, feature experiments, and pilot initiatives to validate customer pain points and product-market fit.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration
8. Collaborate with IT and research teams to understand user needs and ensure the integration of data-driven features.
9. Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and AI teams to incorporate advanced data features and automated workflows.
10. Data-Driven Decision Making
11. Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure product success and guide strategic decisions.
12. Leverage user feedback and analytics to enhance functionality, usability, and overall experience.
13. Customer Support Process
14. Design and scale effective customer support processes.
15. Create documentation and support channels to facilitate onboarding and troubleshooting.
16. Collaborate with engineering and operations to streamline support issue resolution.
17. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
18. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in financial services.
19. Utilize market insights to inform product improvements and maintain a competitive edge in venture capital investing.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services, data analytics, or venture capital.
• Analytical/research background, preferably in Investment or Venture Capital.
• Proven track record of delivering complex products from concept to launch, focusing on user-centric design and scalability.
• Experience working with data engineering, AI/ML teams, and handling large datasets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
