Would you like to join our MaxMara team at the Hamburg Alsterhaus store as Floor Manager ? The Floor Manager is responsible for the commercial objectives of the entrusted department. He/She will manage and develop the resources and collaborate with the sales advisors, in compliance with image rules and service standards. Efficiently organising, managing and coordinating the resources assigned to achieve commercial results in coordination with the Store Manager Contributing to the management of objections and the finalisation of sales if necessary Guaranteeing that the Sales Manager complies with the department spaces/areas (tidiness, care of the product) Guaranteeing effective product management in the department Informing and training colleagues on the entrusted department collection/product in conjunction with the Sales Manager and Visual Manger Working together with the Management Team (Operation Manager, Store Manager e Sales Manager) in order to achieve the best results for the store Guaranteeing that the image of the department Sales Managers is in line with company standards Ensuring compliance with company standards, procedures and rules of conduct Encouraging participation in on-the-job training through proactive initiatives, teamwork and digital activities, aimed at facilitating innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of their responsibilities Promoting, adopting and developing the use of digital technologies within the scope of their role, with regard to process management and relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in the business Have experience at least 3 years working as Floor Manager/Assistant Store Manager, preferably in a luxury/fashion field Are customer oriented and you provide a wonderful customer experience in store Are a proficient user with the digital tools in store Good knowledge of German and English language Passion , commitment and tradition have created a unique fashion style: ● 60+ fashion collections every season ● 500+ single-brand shops ● 000+ multi-brand shops ● 27 languages spoken in the Max Mara Fashion Group world ● Our ecosystem is made of 44 Depts , including Fashion Design, Marketing & Sales, Operations, Retail, Stores, ICT, Architecture Design, Economics, BI, etc. company\’s digital assets, as well as solutions and services related to e-commerce and digital marketing.
