Business Development Manager – Air Filtration systems for Heavy Industry Sector Location: Preferably based in Germany; availability to travel regionally and internationally Contract Type: Permanent | Full-time Overview We are seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in technical sales and a background in the air filtration for the Heavy industrial sector , to develop business across Germany and Central Europe . This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to navigate multinational environments. Key Responsibilities • Prospect and develop new client relationships across Germany and Central Europe. • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. • Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide customised product and service offerings. • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity. • Deliver regular sales performance updates and reports to senior management. Candidate Profile • 3 to 5 years of technical sales experience in the heavy industrial or air filtration sector . • Background in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering . • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German highly preferred. Other languages such as French, Polish, or Italian are a plus. • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel across Germany and neighbouring countries. • Valid driver’s licence and access to own vehicle. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
