Pramac , as part of the third biggest diesel generator and the first gas generator manufacturer group worldwide, is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented DIY Sales Manager – Consumer Power to join our dynamic team. Drive the sales growth of our Consumer Power product range within the German market Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the DIY channel and increase market share Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and budget objectives Manage customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction Analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance 5 – 10+ years of successful sales experience in the DIY channel, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets ~ Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies to penetrate new markets ~ Fluent in english Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and interpret results
