Legal Counsel Location: Berlin (Hybrid) Our client is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to support its business and corporate legal functions. This position is ideal for a lawyer with a few years of post-graduate experience who is eager to work in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. Advise on general commercial, civil, and corporate law matters in coordination with senior legal counsel. Support legal compliance and documentation processes across the business. Coordinate with other departments on cross-functional legal matters and internal projects. dual state exams or a Master’s in business law is a plus. High proficiency in German and English; other languages are a bonus.
