If you are passionate about deep tech, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have experience building transactional platforms, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.ResponsibilitiesLead customer discovery and validation to refine the value proposition for our three main target groups: Deep Tech founders, investors, and corporate partners.Co-develop the product vision to establish Europe\’s leading deep technology database and the most effective matchmaking platform.Establish the technological foundation of a transactional platform, including data infrastructure.Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy and roadmap.Recruit and lead an in-house, top-tier engineering team.Manage the company’s data, including storage, analysis, data privacy, and security.Requirements and SkillsYou have experience in building transactional platforms.You have product management passion and experience.You have exposure to building and scaling communities (ideally).You are hands-on and can code with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.You have proven experience as a technical leader in a fast-paced environment.You have interest in Deep Tech verticals such as AI, BioTech, Space, Resilience, Clean Energy, Computing, Materials, Mobility, Robotics, and others.You are willing to relocate to Berlin or travel regularly for team meet-ups.Elevate Europe\’s Tech Sovereignty: Help shape the culture and strategy of a leading Deep Tech platform in Europe, supporting independence from non-European technologies and tackling global challenges.Unparalleled Network Access: Gain direct access to top European Deep Tech startups, scaleups, and investors, engaging with the forefront of Europe\’s Deep Tech ecosystem.Founder Culture: Operate with autonomy, drive initiatives, and refine your skills alongside Europe\’s leading Deep Tech experts.Compensation: Receive equity in a high-growth, seed-stage business with a profitable model, tied to business results. #J-18808-Ljbffr
